Custom Clearance Manager

- Using flEcuss/Vnaccs systems / VietNam National Single Window / ….
- Doing all logistics job as :
+ Preparation & declare CDs
+ Preparation & declare C/O
+ Booking to carrier & making HB/L
+ Making docs for import/ export shipment ( Invoice / Packing List / Container Loading Plan / … )
+ Preparation & declare for import license ( Eg: license for chemical/ equipment / culture / …. )
+ Contact & keep good relation to authority department ( Eg: port / VCCI / Information Dept / …. )
+ Control daily trucking ( truck & container )
- Management group over 05 staffs & assign detail job to each staff.
- Has knowledge for all of CDs type ( Eg: import + export + domestics shipment, material & equipment )
- Understand well all government policy regarding logistics jobs ( customs policies & others )
- Working with related parties as: insurance / inspection / surveyor / …
- Negotiation with customs / customers / vendors / …. Above the jobs as: check the cost, make the quotation.
- Making plan for group / nominate job for each staff & control daily jobs of each staff on section.
- Training for staffs ( both old & new ) by both of PPT files & guide at site.
- Reporting to managers the job’s status daily & monthly.
- Be responsible for implementing processes involved in a logistic operation and liaise with a variety of parties.
- Constant care is required in order to ensure all tasks are carried out timely and correctly
- Other duties assigned by Managers.

- Have at least 3-5 years working experience in related field.
- Prioritize for person who work on logistics company
- Can be work under high pressure
- Can work overtime if necessary
- Creating improvement on job.
- Willing to work hard
- Always support to staffs and to other section .
- Don’t make private emotion on job
- Transparent on finance

- 13th salary
