Mô tả công việc
- As a Customs Clearance manager you will work as part of a team
- You will be involved in calculating and processing duties and taxes to be paid behalf of clients. You will also pay, or arrange for payment of taxes and duties.
- Carry out import-export service activities to guide staff and advise clients.
- Have a thorough grasp of import-export activities (circulars, decrees, documents on import and export), logistics.
- Understanding of direct customs procedures, e-customs declaration, import / export documents and C / O.
- Cooperate with the custom for import & export custom clearance matters
- Firmly grasp the goods must apply for permits: old machinery, chemical declaration, apply for quality inspection certificate ...
- Understand the process of each shipment (air, sea, truck ...) to guide employees and advise customers
- Create relationships with customers and customs and partners.
- Liaising with Customers.
- You will be entering details onto specialized customs and company software including E-CUS, Pantos GSI and Customer taxation system.
- Allocating the correct license depending on type of goods being imported.
- The Clearance Manager will post bonds for the products being imported or assist clients in obtaining bonds. You will also be required to prepare the necessary import documentation such as certificates of origin and cargo control documents.
- This job also requires you to liaise with officials in various agencies to ensure goods are cleared through customs or quarantine. You will also arrange for transportation, warehousing or product distribution of imported or exported goods.
- Reporting and analyzing report data

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields, aged from 35 years old
- Over 10 years experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially in customs clearance.
- Good command of English.
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Excel.
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Be a team player, detailed and accurate
- Be dependable and truthful
- Be motivated and dedicated
- Have strong organizational, grammar and communication skills
- Over 10 years experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially in customs clearance.
- Good command of English.
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Excel.
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
