Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for securities account opening, trade booking for institutional clients; particularly facilitating the confirmation and settlement of securities and cash transactions with brokers and custodian banks, and providing daily cash estimates to Trading;
- Conduct the day to day Custody, Settlement and Clearing Operations through timely and accurate receipt and delivery of share ensuring clients; interests are fully protected and in accordance to clients’ instructions as well as comply with local regulatory requirements;
- Responsible for all aspects of corporate actions processing. This includes the daily oversight associated with researching, soliciting and instructions on both Voluntary and Mandatory Corporate Actions events;
- Perform reconciliation and prompt & accurate reporting of WBVN and on client’s behalf to local regulators, namely SBV, SSC, VSD;
- Maintain a positive working relationship with local stakeholders, including client’s brokers, regulators within the securities industry;
- Keep update with changes in local regulations and market specification as well as take appropriate measures to keep the bank and clients informed and to protect their interests;
- Other duties as required by Head of Securities Services and senior managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate from Banking, Finance, Economics,… major;
- Fluent in English;
- Well verse in banking operations and practices with over 3 years of Corporate Actions working experience of Sub Custody Business in Global Custodian;
- In-depth knowledge of Corporate Actions concepts and practices in Vietnam’s stock market, including Mandatory/Voluntary Corporate Action Information/Data Cleansing/Reporting;
- Good communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills. Ability to solve problems of a complex nature for all CA disciplines;
- Hard-working, innovative mind-set and fast learning of system and practical knowledge;
- Trustworthy, cautious, responsible and enthusiastic about working;
- Ability to work under pressure and simultaneously handle multiple tasks;
- Strong attention to details and risk awareness.
