Mô tả công việc
• Assist the Culinary Trainer in the implementation of the culinary training including instructing culinary arts and the daily lesson plan according to the curriculum as specified by the Trainer, Academic Dean and Pegasus International College.
• Assist in the instruction of trainees in the culinary arts utilizing the existing curriculum.
• Assist with the development of written lesson plans based on the existing curricula.
• Coordinating with Trainers in evaluating the student’s ability to comprehend, perform and retain practical techniques, report assessment in regular meetings.
• Develop some recipes and training ideas, order ingredients for culinary classes.
• Assist after School and Excursion programs when required
• Assist with demonstrations of food production techniques, artistic buffet presentations, salad preparation, sauces, baking, and hot and cold entrees.
• Administer and keep attendance records and assessment results of all students according to policies.
• Provide advice/assistance to students in the preparation of food for catering events.
• Organize recipes and ingredient lists for procurement
