The School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts delivers Australian qualification from Certificate to Advanced Diploma through to articulated pathways to university degrees with our partners. Pegasus also delivers Certificate level professional skills development courses aligned to the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF), the ASEAN Qualification Framework [ASEANQF], and the newly developed Vietnamese Qualifications Framework [VQF]. The School of Languages delivers International English for Speakers of Other Languages (IESOL), English for Business Communications, English for Professional Purposes, English for Academic Purposes, Preparation Studies for IELTS & TOEIC and a wide range of Occupational English programmes matched with every aspect of our hospitality delivery including F&B, Cookery, Patisserie and Hotel Management. Finally, the School of Business also delivers qualifications in Business Management as well as tailored short programmes meeting the specific needs of industry. The three Schools combine to deliver a range of Enterprise Development programmes to industry, ranging from high-level hotel business programmes to HoDs, HRMs and GMs, to entry level programmes for wait-staff, chefs, housekeeping and front office.
