Mô tả công việc
* Technical support & FA issue solving
· Clarifying customer’s specification and unspoken requirement
· Demonstrating how our products meet client needs
· Providing product application notes/service to customers
· Attending customer’s meetings, workshop and conference
· Resolving any customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting
· Participating in on-calls
· Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions.
· Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times
· Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
· Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
· Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly functioned.
· Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
· The ability to lift and carry a toolbox or related equipment that can weigh up to 20 kg.
* Customer relationship management
· Identifying and establishing new opportunities
· Liaising with existing clients and organizing sales activities
· Conducting routine and frequent visit to customers
· Built and maintained relationships with customers
· Resolved customer complaints and concerns with strong verbal and negotiation skills.
· Maintained composure and patience in face of difficult customer
* Market information feedback & Documentation
· Document and track support incidents
· Writing reports after visiting customer
· Contributing to the design of customer support processes and tools
· Developing knowledge base content
* Activities follow-up
· Perform other assignments assigned by managers

* Qualification / Requirment Must
· A Can-Do and Will-Do attitude
· A strong sense of ownership and self-accountability
· Able to work productively in a pressurized environment
· Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
· Strong time management skills.
· Good communication skills, including written, oral, listening & presentation
· Able to work independently as well as a team member/leader
· Language Skill 1) Vietnamese and 2) either Chinese or English - to liaise with multilingual associates
· Ethical, trustworthy and having service mind.
* Preferred
· Previous relevant experience gained in telecommunication industry
· 3~5 year experience in DC power system is big advantage
· Experience servicing diagnostic and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or related power supply equipment.
· Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process
· Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
· An active personality and flexible to travel upcountry when needed.
· Valid driver’s license
*Salary target as 800~1500USD
Bonus 1 month and extra Variable bonus.
