CS/ Air Freight Staff

- Job details will be discussed further during the interview process

Female graduate from University or College with a strong interest in foreign trade, import and export or logistics.
- Good English communication skill (reading, writing and speaking).
- Good Knowledge in Imports/Exports and experience in forwarding are an advantage.
- Responsible, careful, motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ensure daily operations are completed as per airfreight procedures
Well co-ordinate with relevant team (Sale/ Import/ Logistics/ Invoicing) to make sure whole process is properly followed
• Handle documentation for air shipment until close a file, including main jobs below:
- Check and update schedules of carriers, co-loaders as required to clients/sales; and send the booking upon request of sales/client
- Get booking with carrier/ coloader
- Coordinate with oversea partner...
