Cruise Division Supervisor

The Cruise Supervisor is responsible for the development of strategic alliances with sales offices, cruise companies and shore excursion managers. A key focus is the ability to coordinate the sales efforts for shore excursions in Vietnam and run seamless operations on the ground.

- Take a leadership role in training and development of the cruise department.
- Help sustain a highly motivated cruise team, creating a culture of engagement and openness
- Develop procedures to help the sales process
- Improve the follow-ups and quality of replies for higher conversion rates
- Assign & monitor all incoming ShorEx requests
- Check proposals and correspondences and insure response times are met
- Coordinate with the reservations, operations, accounting and product teams.
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring and controlling costs to improve competitiveness
- Provide frequent feedback on the markets to help the Product/Contracting depts. In researching, developing and
- Review/evaluate end-of-month reports
- Coordinate payments from clients with accounting department according to the company’s terms and Conditions.
- Support the Cruise Director and Country Manager in determining annual targets and gross profits (margins) to help to implement the sales strategies
- Be actively engaged in the local travel and tourism industry making sure your finger is "always on the pulse" and maintaining connections essential to cruise operations

- Solid product knowledge of shore excursions and ports in Vietnam
