Location: Vietnam – Southern areas – Binh Thuan
Job Type: Permanent
Working hours: Max. 48 hours per week
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and carry out field trial on fertilizer; collect data and write report
• Plan and implement farmer meeting
• Visit farmers to exchange knowledge or understand farmer needs; carry out surveys on request
• Advise farmer, trader on fertilizer technology.
• Create and maintain relationships with local authorities, research organizations and universities
• Support & train partners in responsible area when there is request.
• In charge of assigned crops in Crop Leader Program
• Train & support sale agronomists in doing demo and field days
• Grower’s trouble shooting for technical issues

Education Requirements
• University graduation (or above) on crop cultivation, agronomy or plant protection
Work Experience Requirements
• At least 2 years of working experience in agricultural sector
Functional & Behavioral Competencies
• English influency
• Interested in science and technology, diligent, eager for learning
• Good in Microsoft office
• Priority is given to candidate who is living in the corresponding recruitment region
• Ensure activity and behavior are compliant with Yara Ethics and reflect Yara 4 values.
• Follow the rule and regulation of the company
• University graduation (or above) on crop cultivation, agronomy or plant protection
