CRM Supervisor

Key Overview
- CRM Supervisor manages and ensures smooth operation of CRM team, works closely with internal teams and partners to update/build well-experience customer relationship, customer journey, decreases churn rate, optimizes conversion rate and retention rate to reach CRM KPIs.

Job Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and drive CRM team operation to make sure operation run well.
• Prepares, maintain and update all business process reports for Management.
• Manage the team responsible for working with cross-functional business partners to align messaging strategies and audiences.
• Partner closely with internal functions like marketing, support, product, tech, compliance, legal, finance, acquisition, marketplace and others to optimize user segmentation.

• The manager will both lead the team and be involved in day to day hands-on work.
• Use our in-house database and segmentation tools to select audiences and deliver to in-app push, banner, inbox.
• Ensure the creation and recording of metadata around our campaigns to support reporting and analysis.
• Manage, execute and plan our measurement and testing roadmap to optimize customer engagement.
• Work with partners and internal team to scope new marketing programs and build new workflows

Qualification & experience
To be successful in this role, a good candidate will need…
• University Degree (Economics, Finance & Banking is advantage)
• Strong technical skills and familiarity working with large customer data sets.
• 3-5 years using SQL with relational databases; you should have an advanced skillset.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in any industry like e-commerce, fintech, ride-hailing, technology ....
• Have a natural curiosity and passion for using data drive greater customer centricity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams with varied needs.
• Modern management approach; ability to motivate a team and foster career development.
• Be an advocate for the customer, champion the customer data and share insights proactively
• Ability to prioritize workloads appropriately with respect to urgency and potential impact.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy.

Knowledge & Skills
• Good understanding in CRM
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power point…), Google suite, process design tool (Visio, Lucid chart etc.), Data tool (Data studio, PowerBI, SQLs… )
• Provable experience in process design, implementation, improvement and measurement
• Planning, organization and time management skills
• Hard-working, energetic, trust-worthy, ready-to-learn, ability to work extended hours and under pressure
• Independent, team-work and presentation skills
• Attention to details and able to multi-task
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams, departments and divisions
