CRM Specialist (Performance Digital Marketing)

POSITION TITLE: Growth Marketing Specialist/ CRM Marketing Specialist
LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City
REPORTS TO: Head of Digital Marketing & Growth

FLG Vietnam’s portfolio of brands in Vietnam includes California Fitness & Yoga, UFC Gym, Jetts 24 Hour Fitness and Eri Clinic International.

FLG is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to develop and implement Customer Growth Strategies. This role will work with the digital, IT and brand team on the development and optimization of our Lead Acquisition and Nurturing Process. The position will contribute to the organization’s success by:
• Applying expertise and skills to develop new strategies to generate and convert non-paid website traffic (incl. SEO, pop-ups);
• Testing and optimizing landing pages to increase the conversion rate;
• Developing and optimizing email and Facebook messenger automation;
• Preparing and analyzing data in partnership with analytics team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:

A. 45% - Lead Acquisition
• Developing new traffic acquisition strategies (ideally non-paid);
• Working with our SEO agency to increase organic traffic and converting the traffic to leads;
• Briefing new landing pages & visuals to the creative and content team;
• A/B testing landing pages and pop-ups to increase the avg. conversion rate of paid and organic traffic;
• Researching and assessing the potential of new growth opportunities for the VN market.

B. 45% - Lead Nurturing & Retention
• Developing and implementing strategies to warm up leads from “Interested” to “Read to Purchase” using email marketing, WebPush and Facebook Messenger;
• Developing and implementing strategies to market to our existing customers using email marketing, WebPush, and Facebook Messenger;
• Assisting the creative and content team in developing email and Facebook Messenger templates and user journeys;
• Setting up, optimizing and A/B testing marketing automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

C. 10% - Reporting & Analysis
• Developing overall reporting systems and reports;
• Analyzing data and creating actionable insights in order to improve performance;
• Preparing reports and presentations for Senior Management on an Ad Hoc basis.

• Native or near-native Vietnamese speaker and advanced business English is a MUST;
• 2-4 years of working experience within digital marketing;
• Experience with other digital marketing channels - SEO, SEM, display advertising and or social marketing either as part of a marketing team or at an advertising agency - is a plus;
• Basic web development skills are a plus but not required;
• A love for solving puzzles and the ability to tease out trends/insights from complex data sets;
• High attention to detail and the ability to set and hit aggressive project deadlines;
• A desire to learn and grow personally and professionally.
