- The main responsibilities are to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific CRM projects and processes. Work closely with people from other - departments to make sure that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
- Plan the process/ project - Define the scope of the process/ project in collaboration with Head of CRM Lifecycle or with colleagues from CRM or TLS team or other teams
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Determine the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc) required to complete the process/ project
- Develop a schedule for process/ project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
- Review the process/ project schedule with other departments
- Determine the objectives and measures upon which the process/ project will be evaluated at its completion
- Execute the process/ project according to the process/ project plan
- Monitor the progress of the process/ project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Control and evaluate projects
- Ensure that the process/ project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
- Evaluate the outcomes of the process/ project as established during the planning phase
- Create processes / optimize existing processes

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 1 year of experience in process or project management (process management is higher priority)
- Experience from the financial industry (Credit company or bank) in Credit Card/Cash Loans is a plus
- Basic knowledge of financial product development is a plus
- Business analysis skills; ability to interpret/analyze data and apply this
- Good at presentation, negotiation, communication skills in Vietnamese and English both written and spoken
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Be responsible to complete assigned tasks on time without compromising the quality of results is a must-have
