Mô tả công việc

Your Purpose:
To lead, develop, initiate, and implement long-term CRM strategies as well as short-term campaigns or solutions to build meaningful and profitable relationships with consumers across brands. You will be responsible for both recruiting new users, and then growing consumer loyalty or increasing their lifetime value to the business.

Some of the key areas you would own include:
• Plan and deliver CRM strategies and campaigns across the company acquiring new customers, encouraging customer retention and building customer loyalty.
• Develop and execute contact strategies at each touch point of a consumer’s journey to drive conversions. Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
• Design and implement direct communications nurturing the desired relationships with customers through the CRM.
• Develop testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
• Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities, optimizing media spend/ maximizing re-targeting impact.
• Coordinate with our fulfillment partner on deliveries, cross check against records for data and fulfillment verification.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end consumer experience across multiple channels and touch points that help to drive conversion, build scale, and grow profitability. Responsible for regular tracking, analysis and optimization across the board/ platforms.
• Collaborate with cross functions, agencies and global team to drive business growth.

What you’ll bring:
To be successful in this role, you need to have a degree in the relevant field with minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing CRM, Customer Lifetime Value, Customer Lifecycle Management and 1-1 marketing. You should also have hands on experience with digital marketing in the FMCG industry. Proven ability to make data-supported decisions and strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
