• Database management & Reporting: Maintaining system and monitoring data quality; System reports; Solving general enquiries of all system users
• Market– Customer Satisfaction Survey
• Marketing Campaign Management: Monitoring and following-up Target Groups/Participants
• Customer Commitment: Monitoring of Customer Complaint, Customer Satisfaction Goodwill maintenance
• Sales Funnel Management (SAFE): Ensuring of KPI target achievement; Monitoring of Lead quality and supporting Sales/Marketing with specific reports
• Prospect/ Customer Care program (PCP/CCP) management
• Customer Experience Management (CEM): Identification customer touch point; Analysis, Implemetation of measures and report of results
• Market– Customer Satisfaction Survey

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Qualified University/College degree
• Proficient English and Vietnamese
• IT related knowledge: office applications (Word, Excel, PPT…), Internet
• Experienced in CRM/Marketing/PR
