Retention
- To develop, implement, manage and optimize retention processes, communication (e.g. call script) & other activities while leveraging data to:
- Build long term relationship with the customer
- Increase the profitability of Credit Card portfolio
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Minimize attrition
Retention benefits
- To develop relevant retention benefits using current functionalities of Credit Card such as cashback, grace period, loyalty& partnership, AEPP,… while continuously seeking for the new ones by learning from other countries or best practice in market/ competitors, with full budget calculation & overview
- To evaluate the effectiveness of used benefits with considering the LTP/LTV/costs and other metrics
- To optimize retention benefits based on the data
Retention TLS team
- To develop, train, manage & supervise future specialized TLS retention team in order to maximize the effectiveness of the retention process
Usage
- To develop, implement, manage and optimize relevant & effective usage strategy and communication while leveraging all relevant communication channels (call, SMS, APP, email,…) and data to increase card activation, (repeated) usage, number and volume of transactions, profitability, and growth of Credit Card portfolio
Monitoring
- Continuously monitor Credit Card Portfolio (especially retention & usage area) with suggestions and initiatives for its future development, growth and profitability
- To develop, implement, manage and optimize retention processes, communication (e.g. call script) & other activities while leveraging data to:
- Build long term relationship with the customer
- Increase the profitability of Credit Card portfolio
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Minimize attrition
Retention benefits

- To develop, implement, manage and optimize relevant & effective usage strategy and communication while leveraging all relevant communication channels (call, SMS, APP, email,…) and data to increase card activation, (repeated) usage, number and volume of transactions, profitability, and growth of Credit Card portfolio
Monitoring
- Continuously monitor Credit Card Portfolio (especially retention & usage area) with suggestions and initiatives for its future development, growth and profitability
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good verbal and written English language
- Good data and business-oriented analytical thinking
- Knowledge concept of Database structure and interactions
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience of A/B testing, Champion/Challenger pilots launching
- Experience in the banking & finance industry (at least 2 years)
- Great understanding in Credit Card Business & Vietnam market
- Knowledge of retention principles – preferably on Credit Card
- Knowledge of Credit Card portfolio usage principles
- Good presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skill
- Proficiency with MS Office – mainly Excel
- Experience in cooperating, building, getting & building a relationship with people
- Good data and business-oriented analytical thinking
