CRM Consultant

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Address: 5th floor, Van Ho Center, 51 Le Dai Hanh Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Ha Noi
• Working time: 40-44h/week, 8h30 – 17h30 from Monday – Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in AMS/ Roll out/ Implementation projects
• Participate as a key member of an implementation/Support team to provide the Functional deliverables for multiple SAP transformation and enhancement projects
• Work as SPOC between development team and customer IT
• Understand customer requirements and functionalities very clearly and provide solution accordingly
• You should be able to configure and make changes to existing Sales and Service Processes in SAP CRM
• In this role you will responsible for managing and resolving Incident raised by Customer
• Handle customer escalation topics and meet the customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot / resolve problems reported by customer
• Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes.
• Analyze customer business requirements, needs and objectives and map them to SAP solutions and processes to be implemented

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree or higher degree.
• 2 years’ experience of SAP SD/CRM or CRM system
• Understand the process of Marketing, Sales and Customer care or Customer service
• Worked as SME involved in SAP CRM in the areas of Quote, contract & Unified billing is the advantage.
• Should have experience on CRM Billing - Contracts generate Billing Requirement Items (BRIs) which are selected via the Billing Due List
• Customer focused with excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork player
