We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Credit Policy Deputy Manager.

Responsible for managing/ reviewing/ composing/ consulting documents related to policies of credit risk management and underwriting process by products in compliance with Laws and MAFC’s regulations.

Job Description

1. Develop, manage and revise Credit Policy of all products.

2. Issues Credit Bulletins to all relating departments.

3. Maintain an updated, comprehensive credit policy inventory.

4. Tracking every matter that changes the credit portfolio quality.

5. Provide timely and effective communication on policy changes and facilitate training as appropriate.

6. Managing the risk management procedures and regulations.
- Establishing regulations regarding to risk management timely.
- Supporting the risk management committee activity.
- Proposing proper solutions after seeking defects of present risk management methodology and process.
- Proposing recommendations after reviewing and analyzing risk factors regarding to new products, new business and changing regulations.
- Making reports regarding to state of the management and risk management.
7. Managing the risk management systems
- Managing the risk management systems to secure they are running correctly
- Suggesting for system upgrade for more appropriateness

8 Response to internal and external requests on credit policy matters.

9. Monitor and communicate regulatory issues/guidance impacting credit policy.

10. Managing and training juniors.

11. Other tasks assigned by Head of Risk.

Background

- Bachelor in Banking finance or relevant.
- At least 03 - 05 years experience in Credit Assessment or credit quality control or Risk policy in finance/banking industry.
-Intensive understanding of consumer credit products especially cash loans and TWs/CDL loans.
- Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic in detail of data and numbers
- Strong legal sense.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with key stakeholders.
- Good English writing skill.
- Good at making presentations.
- A track record of delivering to aggressive deadlines.
- Ability to quickly catch up with assigned tasks.
- Management skill
