Credit Management Support_Temp 12 Months

1. Sales and Marketing Support:
• Validate orders from Retailers (RET), reconcile with data provided by Wholesalers (WS)
• Cross check RET PO (buy from WS active Jan-Jun 2019) with O2B/ Sales excellence (objective is to validate the real PO)
• Random check information in agency documents (correct & full) which sent to Bayer after events
• Random check if farmers received promotional items (e.g.OMO) and validate if farmers join or not join event with Bayer?
• Go to market, randomly join with marketing activities as pack redemption and Big Farmer Meeting with meal
• And others task to help check, update and cross check progress with MKT team for pack redemption & Big FMwM
2. Credit management:
• Update customer profile in Excel file
• Daily update (eCM): Customer AR, Credit Limit (if change), Customer Master Data (new or change)
• Collect and follow Bank Guanrantee
• Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts:
• Call to customer to support collection
• Monitor and pursue collection of overdue account. Remind overdue, to be due by call, SMS, email the AR to customers; track payment schedule and trace salesforce and customers for the collection
• Weekly collection updates
• Accounts receivables management
• Dunning letter (send to customers and track the return) following company policy
• Prepare bad debt cases documentation for legal action
3. Other tasks assigned by Credit Manager

• Accounting knowledge or/and customer service background are preferred
• 1-year experience
• Good communication and personal skills
• Capable to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• English skill: basic (read/write and understand document, email and reply)
