Credit Management/collection Department - Manager

- Control the accounts, urge the violating customer to fulfill the payment obligation
- Control all activities of Collection Team:
i. Delinquent-collection.
ii. identification and follow up of payment default
iii. Phone / Mail / Face to Face contacts
iv. Respect of payment commitment from customers.
v. Field investigations
- Make sure to reduce the delinquency, but still retain customers, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Review collections report to ascertain status of collections and balance outstanding and evaluate effectiveness of Collections staff.
- Develops a team spirit among subordinates; motivates every team member to promote and maximize effectiveness of staff.
- Monitor efficiency and timeliness in handling bad debts.
- Responsible of following up all case files that will be transferred to hard collection.
- Direct control and management of financial crime detection, monitoring / follow-up of the investigations
- Investigate suspicious transactions identified by other collection staff within the company
- Ensure that all credit, operational and other internal policies are updated and properly applied.
- Working closely with the cross functional teams to produce the most effective strategic and tactical process efficiency.
- To build up / improve the collection process to ensure its efficiency at a highest level; analyze performance and look for continuous improvement for a better result.

- - Candidates with experience in debt collection (3-5 years experiences)
- Knowledge of law, and knowledge of risk management
- Furthermore, you will possess:
* Good working acumen
* A dynamic personality
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Fluency on English (4 skills)
