- Good underwriting skill, high capability of making decision by valid rationales to save good customers or to escalate fraudulent case.
- Good Customer Service quality when talking to customers during verification process
- Credit quality: no misconduct, no mis-behavior, no malpractice or collusion.

- University Graduated
- 1-2 years working in the same role
- Knowledge of retail finance, regulations on labor, residence, business
- Good speaking and written English
- Good understanding in consumer credit policies
- Good capability of making decision thru facts, figures
- Good MS office (PPT, excel)
- Strong integrity and commitment
