Credit Evaluation Manager

Conduct due diligence and verification of CA submitted
Responsible for borrowers’ financial analysis, accurate assessment with highlighting key operating, financial, management risks, and proper recommendations to delegated authority.
Accurately determine clients Risk Rating and appropriate triggers for upgrade or downgrade.
Identify and raise potential issues for further clarification with clients
Formulate viable client action plans to resolve issues impacting on credit risk
Responsible follow up the approved deferral documents and covenants to ensure that the loan has been processed in strictly comply with the approval and our credit policy.
Manage loan application documents and ensure their safe keeping
Ensure turnaround time for CA submission for approval is met.
Monitor account that will be due to review and to remind BB to submit CA accordingly.
Prepare various regular and ad hoc credit reports for the purpose of portfolio management
Following up, gathering information and conducting company and industry/market research to support the analysis.
Be available to back up other Bank staff as required.
Contribute to the function and operation of a high performance team
Any other duties that may be assigned by the management in connection with the credit evaluation function

University degree and/or professional qualification in Banking or Foreign Trade.
Completion of finance courses would be an advantage.
Experience in financial analysis, similar lending position for at least 6 years
Experience in dealing with the products of trade finance.
