Mô tả công việc
• Review & update daily Debtor Ageing Report. Communicate to Credit Controll Supervisor at HCMC/Hanoi Branch collection target and month to date result versus target timely, accurately & sufficiently.
• Supervise and chase after customers collection status as country to achieve given target.
• Ensure 90+ days debt is monitored monthly and action taken promptly.
• Service suspend proposal due to overdue debts is sent promptly.
• Bad debts written off in accordance with policy and appropriate supporting
• documentation prepared and approved by Team Leader
• Effective management and resolution of invoice queries
• Ensure Cash Sale accounts are cleared and deposited into the bank daily.
• Take charge of collection reports to Management
• Handle month end closing activities and prepare monthly schedules

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from College/University of Finance/Accounting.
• At least 1 working year with the same position.
• Good communication skill in Vietnam & English.
• Computer skills (MS office).
• At least 1 working year with the same position.
