Mô tả công việc
• Follow-up on loan's late payments and defaulting customer accounts by keeping the relationship up
• Conduct field visits to defaulting account holders, understand the situation, negotiate and approve a restructuring of loan agreements when necessary
• Work closely with debt collection agencies and law firms to initiate the recovery of non-performing loans
• Provide updates on loan servicing and collection outcomes to Credit Control team
• Work closely with our Risk Team and provide feedback to improve our risk assessment processes based on your experience in credit collection

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree from top local or overseas universities in finance, banking, statistics, maths or related fields are preferred
• 3 years experience in credit control, or customer service, or accounts management and related tasks as above
• Passionate for the fintech industry and is a start-up culture fit
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
• Have a good understanding on SMEs would be added advantage
• Ability to speak fluently in both Vietnamese and English, as the role requires the incumbent to interact and communicate with Vietnamese-speaking clients
