Mô tả công việc
- Fully in-charge of credit card project management
- Develop and implement all Credit Card projects across company on time and within dedicated budget
- Perform Project Implementation Review after 6 months of implemented
- Collect & analyze relevant data & information for the project to identify key stakeholders & relevant resources to reach the goal and to analyze gathered information to leverage them for project
- Prepare and evaluating business cases in terms of benefits for Home Credit, its customers, stakeholders and financial impacts
- Prepare project documentation & presentations for meetings based on collected data, agreements, and documentation including business objectives, financial impacts risk evaluation, timing, required changes in terms of relevant processes, headcount, resources, etc.
- Participate on meetings with relevant stakeholders to agree on details by presenting and discussing to find the solution & agreement
- Implement and monitoring the project progress
- Manage and monitor CRM activities
- Analyze the sales growth to raise potential room for development
- Monitor campaigns for cross selling, usage, retention and analyze the results
- Drive direct credit cards product sales, usage, retention to meet approved goals

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Banking or relevant majors
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in banking & finance industry
- Experience in project management with proven track record in planning and executing cross functional projects
- Great understanding and experience in Credit Card Products and Business
- Excellent English competency with good presentation and negotiation skills
- Organization and planning skills
