Mô tả công việc
1/ Credit Card portfolio results
- Monitor credit card business performance based on actual report & data
- Perform ad-hoc analyzing for business decision
- Make sure final results on time and on budget.
2/ CRM activities
- Continuously work on improvement of existing CRM processes and establish new ones as the portfolio of clients and products will grow.
- Analyze the portfolio growth potential or fixing issue.
- Training people and invests considerable time into training and development with the support of Credit Card Portfolio Manager
3/ Credit Card products & 3rd party cooperation
- Assist Credit Card Portfolio Manager on design and roll-out of Credit Card product sales & 3rd party cooperation
4/ Reporting & Control
- Monitor result of implemented process and measurement for product and client portfolios.
- Deliver company priorities by understanding the context (the company status, financials, funding, competition, brand etc.)
5/ Credit Card team development
- Assist Credit Card Portfolio Manager to develop team member
Maintain & enhance team engagement
- Monitor credit card business performance based on actual report & data

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good English in both 4 skills
- Proven experience in Banking or Finance firms in Sales, Portfolio, Loyalty, Digital, or Partnership
- Experience in Credit Card management with relevant technical skills is a plus
- Strong leadership skills
- Business sense and customer oriented
- Work independently on complex projects involving cross-company cooperation, initiate new approaches to improve processes/ sales/customer experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with both team members, peers and superiors
- Genuine interest in team member’s well-being, development and motivation
