Mô tả công việc
- Develop and maintain fraud transaction monitoring system to catch fraud alert and decline fraudulent/ suspected transactions
- Create and manage fraud and authorization strategy/ policy
- Apply expanded knowledge on credit cards fraud schemes
- Monitor fraud detection reports; investigate internal/ external theft and queues
- Determine next action based on research / report results to mitigate fraud losses
- Prepare training materials for units involved to in line with Anti-fraud strategy
- Working closely with Security and Operations to detect fraud and operational issues
- Be in charge of training for new data analyst;
- Hire and manage credit card fraud and authorization team to run Anti-fraud processes smoothly
- Other related duties requested by line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or relevant majors
- At least 3 years experience in credit card fraud and authorization area with strong leadership skills
- Experience in fraud prevention, detection and investigation management
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with fraud analysis and risk management is a plus
- Good at SQL/SAS/Oracle is a plus
