Mô tả công việc
Day to day activities:
- Daily check samples to ensure loan applications are processed appropriately based on current policy and regulations.
- Escalate fraud cases/ procedure failure cases to line manager or relevant department (policy, operational risk) as per internal process.
- Propose solutions and recommendations for improvement
Reporting & quality control plan:
- Regular quality control findings report to relevant departments.
- Risk indicator assessment and defect findings reports.
- Create control plan based on process analysis and cooperate with BICC to create controlling reports (if any)
- Other ad-hoc reports.
Mystery shopping, underwriting quality survey and collect information from other institutions:
- Survey & investigate customer through outbound calls
- Contact other financial institution for checking service & information validation
- Mystery shopping or directly check at customer’s home/ FE POS, government institution, financial institution…
Other ad-hoc tasks:
- Other duties assigned by line manager/ upper manager.

- University Graduate, major: Business Administration, Banking, or Finance
- At least 01 years’ experience working Underwriting management or Quality Control position
- Good credit assessment skills.
- Pay attention to details.
- Proficiency office software.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese & English
