The mission of the Credit & Collection Executive is responsible for supporting in management and controlling of the credit & collection within the company. To implement and perform credit and collection control in compliance with local as well as region and group Credit Policy. Ensures full payment is obtained for all credit sales within trading terms for all goods and services provided
Accounts Receivables service:
- Ensures full payment is obtained for all sales on credit within trading terms for all goods and services provided; manage the credit exposure via debt collection and cash allocation processes; manage bad debts provisions and recovery processes of doubtful debts accounts; manage the operation and credit performance in order to achieve KPIs;
Sales Supporting Service:
- Support in preparing sales contracts and annexes on time; rebate calculation as well as trading term negotiation support;
Tax Service:
- Check and reconcile VAT out report and ledger to understand the difference if any and action taken
System Service:
- Maintain Customer Item Master in the system and ensure that customer credit master data is maintained properly and in a timely manner
Risk Management:
- Provide analysis on AR collection and financial KPIs of specific customers to ensure the credit limit is given properly; ; responsible to perform credit assessments and re-assessments on a new and existing customers, using standard tools and compliant with local, regional & group policies
REPONSIBILITIES (% of time)
- (60%) Accounts receivables service
- (15%) Sales Supporting Service
- (25%) Other required Services

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proven experience in credit & collection in multi-national companies
- Good knowledge of financial accounting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound analytical and risk management skill
- Experience in dealing with Senior management levels
- BA in Finance/Accounting/Auditing
- Good English communication skills
- Good computer skills (ERP/SAP/Oracles… & Microsoft offices)
