Credit Acceptance Unit Staff / Nhân Viên Thẩm Định Tín Dụng

General Responsibility
Assist CAU Officer in handling the work of Credit Acceptance Unit and fully accountable for the work done.

Accountability
Assist to CAU Officer in the following duties:
1. Performs the pre-lending appraisal and analysis for each loan applications in form of credit report including Credit Risk Rating report for all of Vietnam Branches (Hochiminh City Branch and Hanoi Branch)
2. Ensures that all credit applications and renewal are in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies, Security Completeness, General Under-writing Standard, Country Risk Guideline, procedure all guidelines as well as local/Bank of Thailand laws and regulations
3. Check the record of credit customers in Credit Bureau to ensure that the record of customers is clean
4. Collect of data relevant to market and industry relevant to customers
5. Cooperate with Marketing department for the problem loans that reach the stage where litigation is involved
6. Ascertains that every credit made meet the Branch’s standards for safety and soundness
7. Assist Marketing department to detect the pre-cautioned risk incurred i.e. from time to time investigating in the line utilization of credit customer is in line with its business nature and etc.
8. Give comments on each credit application before passing to the Loan Committee for consideration
9. Performs other duties assigned by the Management

Functional Skills
- Educational background in Banking and Finance
- Good skills in financial analysis, logical and systematic thinking.
- Good command in English (speaking, listening, reading, especially in writing)
- Good skills in collecting related information
- Good understanding in all process of work
- Ability to cooperate with other department for smooth operations
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the same position
