Creative Specialist

REPORTING TO: CMO

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop the institute's visual identity according to the brand identity, and ensure its consistent implementation over all branding & media materials
- Create concepts and develop design materials for all branding & media following design briefs, for either online or offline communication platforms and all products: POSM, Below-the-line materials, Digital advertisements… (including but not limited to social media posts, video tutorials, motion graphics, insta-story, etc.)
- Create concepts and develop artworks for the institute's pedagogical game (including but not limited to the project graph, icons for projects & achievements…)
- Advise manager in concept and art direction for various design requests
- Conceive and direct live photography and video recordings of all institute activities (events, workshops, project demos...) to produce visual content for various digital channels, following a consistent creative direction
- Actively research on innovative design approaches and ideas, to improve efficiency and creativity
- Organize, build database of design assets
- Actively contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns
- Identify creative partners (ie agencies, models, designers, etc.) and liaise with external creative agencies
- Participate in weekly status meetings and daily coordination with the multi-functional digital and marketing team

REQUIREMENTS:
- Expertise in graphic design, A./B.F.A./M.F.A. in Graphic Design
- 1-2 years of design experience, including BTL & Digital
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to excel both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- In-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, standards, and techniques
- Ability to think creatively and conceptually
- Excellent time-management skills, including an ability to multitask
- Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Adobe CC)
- Experience with Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, Adobe Premiere
- Experience with WordPress and HTML/CSS
- Good English (writing and speaking)
