Creative Services Manager

Basic Function / Job Summary:
The Creative Services Manager - VN will be responsible for managing a busy Visual Assets department for the group including still life photography, lifestyle photography, 3D renderings, and other creative assets, working closely with the Creative, Product Development, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teams to represent the brand.
This role will also provide operational support and training to selected key accounts to drive sales and efficiencies.

Job Duties:
• Provide operational support (planning, VM, training, stock management) to selected accounts to maximize sales and efficiencies
• Facilitate the relationship with the Green Group to drive sales and efficiencies through support of visual merchandising and other agreed operational support.
• Provide training & VM support on an ad hoc basis to new &/or key accounts and new employees.
• Performing quality assurance on all images, processing and accurately archiving images to be easily accessed by other departments.
• Closely collaborate with creative services, visual merchandising and the wider teams on improving processes, capabilities and efficiency of the photo studio.
• Ensure Photography studio processes are productive and efficient. Continuously assessing workflow and implementing improvement.
• Manage workflow, productivity, and efficiencies of the 3D Rendering team.
• Provide team management and leadership – building team objectives, personal development, training, support, coaching and recruitment.
• Manage showroom activities – to include seasonal refreshes, customer specific showroom visits, and new product show casing

• Experience managing and leading in-house studio teams in a high volume / high quality production line environment

• An understanding of photography and video techniques, lighting and colour.
