Creative Project Coordinator

Reporting to our Head Design Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Coordinates customer accounts from initial design to sample stage
• Create workbooks per project to document and maintain the design history
• Organize and update collection information and ensure it is accessible within the team
• Participate in drawings and sample reviews
• Organize all renderings and line drawings, updating approval status, and work closely with the product development team for their dissemination
• Assist with the creation of customer presentation
• Compile market research of competitors’ and customers’ products for internal reference

Job Requirements:
• Background in design and creative industry
• Relevant experience in project management
• Keen eye for design and visual presentation, aware of current design/colour/style trends in furniture and upholstery
• Knowledge of below skills and software will be an advantage:
- Handsketching
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Creative Cloud
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to objectively interpret other’s ideas
• A proactive self-starter who takes initiative
• Well organized with excellent time management and project management skills
• Demonstrate a genuine love of furniture and art
• Enthusiastic and keen on learning new skills
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team depend on project requirements
