Creative Officer (Full-Time)

CNCF's Creative Officer is accountable to CNCF's Communication's Manager and supports the work of the Marketing and Communications Team on projects directed at maximising CNCF's reach by creating and developing integral reporting and campaign artwork and video content to support CNCF's operations in both Mongolia and Vietnam.

Excellent design, film editing, communication and organisational skills are a main requirement for the role and playing a key part in communicating the organisations message internally and globally.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring all printed and digital communications materials are effective, produced to the highest standard within the budget allocated
• Create design materials and video content that will be approved by upper management
• Brainstorming design ideas with the team and illustrating these to draft form
• Be able to translate global messaging through images and design concepts
• Supporting photography and videography content creation
• Assisting with the facilitation of external and internal events
• Show a clear understanding of brand guidelines and working within these expectations
• Proactive in sourcing design ideas and materials
• Work collaboratively with the team
• Liaise with external suppliers where required

• Ability to use video editing software such as Adobe Premier, Cyber Link Direct
• Knowledge of communications and digital media, marketing and branding
• Strong written and spoken English and Vietnamese skills
• Understanding of Adobe Illustrator
• Good knowledge of MS Office
