Creative Officer (Full time)

I. JOB PURPOSE:
The Creative Officer is accountable to the Marketing Manager and supports the work of the Marketing Team on projects directed at maximising CNCF’s reach and developing marketing campaigns to support CNCF’s operations in both Mongolia and Vietnam.
Excellent organizational and design skills are main requirements for the role and playing a key part in communicating the organisation’s marketing message internally and globally to the Foundation’s values and guidelines.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work alongside Marketing Team to produce and implement world-class strategic marketing plans to promote and organically grow CNCF:
• Ensuring all printed and digital communications materials are effective, produced to a high standard within budget and delivered on time to the appropriate target audience
• Handling all aspects of CNCF’s online and offline collateral design, proofing and distribution.
• Ensuring CNCF designs are consistent and abide by CNCF Branding & Communication Guidelines.
• Liaising with external suppliers or designing in-house as appropriate any publications, leaflets, brochures, advertisements and publicity materials.
• Liaising with internal staff to collate information and ensure that all marketing materials contain appropriate information about CNCF activities.
• Organising and helping with logistics of internal and external events.
• Updating and maintaining CNCF image storage libraries and internal shared network with up-to-date information and content.
• Supporting photography and videography content creation.
• Other admin tasks as assigned.

III. Required skills and experience:
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with a non-profit with a passion for design and working with an organisation that helps to improve social conditions in Vietnam and Mongolia. This position will require a creative and dynamic personality that can work in a fast-changing environment.
Requirements:
• Intermediate design skills: photography/graphics/video production (Experience with Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Premier is a plus)
• Strong Design and IT skills
• Experience in marketing, communications and social media platforms
• Strong writing skills (English & Vietnamese)
• Excellent translation and interpretation skills (English/Vietnamese)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience working in an NGO is desirable
• Willing and able to undertake work-related travel to project sites
• The ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• The ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivation and ability to be a team player
