Creative Marketing Leader (Full-Time)

***Job Overview
NOOMAK VN, a subsidiary company of NOOMAK, based in Seoul, South Korea, is looking for founding members for its new business project on K-Beauty in Vietnam.
Delivering a new beauty business model into Vietnam, enthusiastic, young and brilliant talents are all welcome to join. You will be at the forefront of planning marketing strategies to realize a new e-commerce ecosystem in Vietnam.

***Responsibilities and Duties
• Marketing strategy planning & execution
• Planning campaigns and execution
• KPI Evaluation & Strategy Planning Revisal
• Close working relationship with sales team
• Budget management
• Timeline control
• Managing creative team depending on campaign
• Building up network with KOLs
• Reporting the campaign result and analyzing KPI

***As the marketing leader, you will have the following experience:
• More than 8 years working experience in E-commerce/digital contents
• Thorough understanding of targets in beauty industry
• Thorough understanding of Social networks, Google ads, and E-Market
• Good English communication skills
• Basic skills for Microsoft Word/Powerpoint/Excel
• Good skills for Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Aftereffect
• Wide network with KOLs
• Successful campaign leading

• Native Vietnamese Only
• Personally interested in the beauty trend and beauty products
• Self-driven, creative, responsible, dedicated, analytic, well-communicative,
sharp eyes in details
• Insightful on millennial (age 18 - 25) culture and trend
