Mô tả công việc
Creative Lead will work closely with Marketing Head and Content Lead to deliver creative materials for marketing communication for all brands of Hum Vietnam. This person will play the role of art and creative director in translating marketing and communication objective into creative concept and materials. Creative Lead will manage an in-house creative team consists of graphic designer and multi-media producer.
Hum Vietnam’s Creative Lead is required to:
- Contribute creative ideas to the marketing campaign of Hum Vietnam’s brands;
- Develop and propose art and creative direction for brand visual, in compliance with brand identity;
- Manage and work with the creative team and partners to provide:
- Photograph, video clip, graphic, design… for marketing activities;
- Promotional and operational materials, such as a menu, packaging, voucher, gift set, email/newsletter…;
- Corporate communication material including signature, visual identity, internal communications, website, Hum Careers page…;
- Manage and build capability for creative team members.
Hum Vietnam’s Creative Lead is required to:

Yêu cầu ứng viên
What would we expect from candidates?
- At least 3 years experience in graphic design with proven works (we prefer those with solid skills in boutique design);
- Good knowledge of multi-media design and production;
- Familiar with social media;
- Strong communication & project management skills;
- Team working, cooperative, motivated;
- Customer-oriented; fluent in English (verbal/written);
- Familiarity with F&B/hospitality is a plus.
