Creative Lead (Content Manager)

We are looking for not only a strong background in brand & communication strategy, but also a people lead in the creative industry. You will be experiencing:

- Thoughtfully grow the VN Story Lab team, nurturing people on the team and helping them succeed in their craft;
- Recruit, coach, and manage team members;
- Responsible for the vision and direction around major content and promotional programs;
- Lead content development including materials with multimedia features, promotions, digital campaigns, newsletters, and promotional graphics and copy around the creative opportunity that exists across the platform;
- Generate content that’s crafted to meet the needs of the audience;
- Have a strong creative pulse on up and coming trends and techniques that people are using to author, develop, and create content across the platform;
- Experiments with new production processes around new content types and styles;
- Create a detailed vision of the editorial strategy and positioning of Traveloka Vietnam’s content to grow content engagement with end-users;
- Ensure content makes it from ideation to execution (including editing, collaborating on photo/visual elements, etc.);
- Partner with creatives/contributors around the region to help source stories, topics, and approaches that resonate with our target audience;
- Establish a brief and devise content that ladders into high-order goals and business objectives.

- Diverse experience in growing and managing a high performing content team.
- 5+ years of content creation experience, with experience in the creative/advertising industry;
- Experience developing digital content from a strategic and perspective;
- Experience leading data-driven content analysis, performance tracking, and reporting. Accountability for results;
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
