Mô tả công việc
Tasks and duties:
- Getting the brief from inhouse team and generating ideas with team members
- Guiding design team to produce different piece of materials to deliver the idea for campaign
- Dealing with specialists such as artists/ photographers etc… to work on projects. Supervise printing/ VDO & still shoot process from color proof testing, on site shooting, post production checking
- Managing projects and ensure the timeline
- Ensure copyright laws are adhered to when designing with images and content.
Coordination & Management :
- Be able to act as creative lead and project lead to collaborate with related stakeholder for idea selling & convicing, job following up, campaign materials deliver and ensure the deadline
- Be able to give clear direction/guideline to team member and inspire them for the idea to deliver best quality and manage workload of each team member
- Coaching team member to grow talents within team
- Be able to conduct different workshops/ sharing about creative trends, best creative ideas in the market to the team for learning

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualification: Bachelor of Art, major in Graphic Design or relevant
Experiences: At least 8 years in art director employment; 3 years in leading design team position (Senior Art Director or Associate Creative Director)
Knowledge and skill set:
- Competence in all design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Reader, Flash, (Knowing Adobe Premier Pro, and HTML CODING would be an advantage)
- Commissioning illustration and photography and ability to provide conceptual solutions
- A thorough working knowledge of print and preproduction
Job’s attributes:
- The ability to give clear instruction to team member, negotiate with all levels of staff and presentation (of idea and design work)
- Be highly creative
- Have a thorough understanding of photography, typography and printing
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work well as part of a team, with a range of people and different stakeholders
