Creative Finish Developer

Our organization is ever changing and growing fast, we are now looking for 2 x Creative Finish Developers for our office in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work with creative and design teams to create desired finishes on all substrates used in the furniture and accessory industry.
• Once initial color is approved, will work with the technical team to create master panels and formulation systems that will be utilized by our manufacturing partners.
• Assist the technical team in first run of the product at the manufacturing partner to insure consistency.
• Follow and ensure development of finishes from concept to production, ensuring all parties are in agreement that the final system is both aesthetically pleasing and manageable for the vendor factory to produce.

JOB REQUIREMENT
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the finishing and coatings industry.
• Ability to work with all suppliers’ finishing materials.
• Extensive knowledge of all chemicals for proper formulation.
• Ability to work alone or within a group depending on what the project requires.
• Comfortable working in controlled lab environment, as well as on finishing line at manufacturing partner.
• Experienced and confident in creating color systems and panels from full range of “inspiration”.
• Ability to work independently, and also multiple projects simultaneously.
• Well versed at using different platforms of communication is a requirement.
• Multi lingual is a plus but not a prerequisite.
