Creative Executive

Due to the expansion of the British University Vietnam, we are recruiting:

Job title: Creative Executive

Report to: Marketing and Communications Manager

Work location: Ecopark township

Job Objective:

This position is responsible for creative content development (not restricted to graphic) for various projects including internal and external collateral materials, print advertising, newsletters, merchandising, statement stuffers, electronic media, local advertising, etc. This individual will provide solutions on a daily basis that affect the University’s brand by choosing the concepts associated with BUV.

Key responsibilities:

Branding design

Conceptualize and develop strategic creative solutions for cross-channel marketing campaigns. Adapting messages to suit the requirements of each media channel. Design for a broad range of media including print, digital, social and visual signage.
Edit and coordinate production process with vendors such as printers or media outlets.
Provide support for ad related projects not handled by ad agency as needed.
Coordinate accurate logo/brand representation with outside parties and other vendors.
Ensure that deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and translate into integrated, visually compelling solutions for web, mobile, print and visual applications. Employ graphic and interactive design best practices
Others assigned by Line Manager

Social Media Production

Develop video concepts for branding and promotion of products
Plan production and post-production of videos to meet deadline
Regularly update social media trends
Others assigned by line manager

Visual Merchandising

Responsible for merchandise display on campus
Responsible for all activities of online merchandise store
Responsible for design, set-up and display of BUV booth at events
Others assigned by line manager

Job Requirements:

Vietnamese national
Advanced in English, both written and oral communications
Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Minimum of three years working experience as a creative executive in an agency or corporate environment preferred (regardless of industry)
Advanced graphic design knowledge
Knowledge of the creative process
Knowledge of the production process for the post-creative stages of printing or media
Advanced knowledge of pc software packages a must—Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
High levels of organization and independent thinking, and ability to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to produce high quality design content while managing multiple projects simultaneously, with discipline in meeting deadlines
Knowledge of digital photography and web design
Working knowledge of corporate software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Graphic design skills required
