Creative Director

• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies, all creative work fits the brief given and achieves the target goals.
• Art direction for advertising campaigns across a variety of mediums.
• Project managing campaigns to ensure delivery to deadlines.
• Deliver creative content of the highest quality.
• Ensure creative campaigns don’t exceed budgets.
• Develope ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns.
• Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
• Ensure visual communication and brand guidelines are met with consistency in design across all the online and offline marketing channels.
• Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral.
• Liaise with cross-function head to keep them informed and to highlight any issues.
• Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Build an environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing their ideas and projects.
• Oversee several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented.
• Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative team.
• Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff.

EDUCATION
• BSc/BA in Advertising, Fine art, Design or relevant field (MSc/MA will be considered an asset) or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years’ progressive work-related in-house creative experience

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role.
• Solid background in copywriting/design and art direction is a must-have.
• Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.
• Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
• Passionate and driven with an ability to produce exciting creative.
• Natural eye for design and artwork and a strong portfolio of creative projects.
• Outstanding leadership and organization skills.
• Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Hard work and able to work to sometimes tight deadlines.
