Creative Director

To be a Head of Creative Services Department and in charge of Strategy/ Concept & Art Direction, as well as team management.
Reporting: Report directly to Managing Director

- Understand clients' business and generate new ideas for proposals that meet client’s needs and expectations.
- Take responsibility for the strategy & creativities of campaign/ project. Including:
• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
• Collaborate and work with Account Team to develop strategy and control art direction to make exceptional and well-crafted presentation that meet clients’ requirements.
• Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
• Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, handover and monitor deadlines and budgets.
• Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
• Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest market.

- Management
• Manage and cultivate the career development of team members
• Guide and ensure team members to follow company policy and regulations

- Other duties as assigned by Managing Director.

Knowledge
• Good Branding & Marketing knowledge

Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or above

English
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Experience
• At least 05 years experiences as Creative Director or relevant positions

Skills and competencies
• Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
• Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand & marketing campaign development
• Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
• Outstanding leadership and organization skills
• Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
