Creative Director's Assistant

We’re searching for an energetic, highly motivated Creative Assistant to join our Ho Chi Minh City Team. The Creative Assistant will be an extension of our Creative Director. You are the person who makes the Creative Director a better, faster, and more effective leader by helping him focus on the most important priorities. You will be making judgement calls on how the Creative Director spends his time and energy. Acting on behalf of the Creative Director, the Creative Assistant handles communication, scheduling, creative portfolios and other administrative duties.

-Preferred 1 year of professional work experience with preference to experience related to marketing, social media management.
-Fluent in English, able to read and write English is a must
-Computer and social media savvy - we need someone who knows the in-and-outs of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media apps.
-Desire to work in a start-up environment
-Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management skills are a must
-Highly professional and organized; able to communicate in a highly professional manner over phone, email, etc.
-Resourceful and able to independently solve problems
-Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Creative Director
-Arrange, confirm, and prepare for events to properly prepare the Creative Director
-Carefully monitor the priorities in the Creative Director’s calendar
-Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries prior to trips
-Manage the Creative Director’s email; compose emails on behalf of the Creative Director
-Read, validate and summarize contracts with for creative Portfolio
-Maintain various databases for the office of the Creative Director
-Reconcile multiple expense reports on a monthly basis
-Maintain the strictest confidentiality
-Perform other duties as assigned
