Country Student Recruitment Manager – Postgraduate - Vietnam

Country Manager – Postgraduate Student Recruitment will manage the outreach for the 2 full time postgraduate degree programs – Master of Global Business

Specific responsibilities include:
• Coordinate with the Head of Student Recruitment – PG, to develop a dynamic online and offline marketing and recruitment plan to raise the Postgraduate program profiles, increase program competitiveness to achieve the PG recruitment and to maximize ROI impact on the marketing budget in the assigned region as allocated.
• Responsible for planning and implementing marketing initiatives including conducting roadshows, fairs, exhibitions, masterclasses, alumni events and other offline marketing activities for student recruitment to ensure necessary enrollments Track and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives and incorporate regular feedback to the Head of Marketing and Student Recruitment, PG, to enable adjustments.
• Maintaining maximum levels of competitor awareness and program knowledge while providing regional insights, reports and forecasts on student enrollment trends and market demand.
• Actively source, liaise, network and form partnerships with relevant recruitment agencies, associations, clubs, education institutions and feeder entities of countries allocated to create and raise awareness of S P Jain brand. Ensure agents and other partners are consistently updated of new program offerings and any changes in the admissions calendar and requirements.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative & Corporate Communication Teams to design e-mailers and other marketing collaterals when and where necessary to drive online/offline marketing campaigns.
• Conduct online and face-to-face one-on-one information sessions with prospective candidates for S P Jain programs with the objective of conversion.
• Coordinate the administration of admission tests, aptitude test, personal interviews and on boarding.
• Leverage on alumni to promote program and drive alumni referrals.
• Organize Orientation and Graduation.
• Maintain and nurture the database of leads to drive them through the admissions funnel to ensure conversions with regular reporting to the Head of Student Recruitment - Postgraduate.
• Any other projects and responsibilities as required.
