Country Recruitment Manager

- MASS RECRUITMENT AND OFFICE POSITIONS
- Ensures that Company has the proper recruitment resources and skill level to grow H&M Vietnam organization
- Oversees various internal and external future talent acquisition programs
- Supports, develops and follows up on existing and expansion markets by focusing on interviewing skills, decision making processes, diversity of candidates and strategic planning
- Coaches team to internally and externally source and interview high quality candidates for specific recruitment initiatives
- Ensures a consistent recruitment process and tools for expansion stores throughout all regions within the country to meet all legal guidelines; ensures quality and efficiency and maintains high standard of brand representation
- Manages the relationships and the contracts with all employment vendors
- Maintains overview of staff turnover and staff levels and initiates actions accordingly
- Partners with marketing and PR departments to secure external and internal recruitment advertising and messaging
- Ensures partnership with universities to secure intern and full time talent
- Consistently searches for ways to make the recruitment process more efficient while increasing quality
