Our country product managers are the regional product representatives for our customers, partners and the country product management team. Country PMs are in charge of the regional expansion of our global product portfolio. They ensure that our core products meet local market needs and identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements.
Your responsibilities will include gathering and qualifying local requirements, creating presentations and, at times, supporting your regional sales and services teams.

• Partner with local market team to take on-demand-delivery products to market with consumers, merchants, and partners.
• Understand local pain points and ensure that on-demand-delivery products are adapted quickly and scalable to unblock growth.
• Ensure that we are hyper-local in local market and relevant to most potential users.
• Lead the ideation, technical development, prioritization and launch of innovative product features.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a high-quality product is built.
• Prioritize feedback from customers/internal teams, make difficult trade-offs and drive product roadmap.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across nearly all functions in the company - marketing, sales, operations, data science, engineering, customer service, and finance.

• 4+ years of equivalent, relevant work experience.
• Experienced in shipping and building a product from scratch.
• Experienced in communicating product visions clearly across teams.
• The ability to work well across regionally distributed teams to get things accomplished.
• Able to lead and influence without any formal authority.
• Make decisions from a strong customer orientation and market analysis.
• A relentless focus on doing whatever is necessary to ship the right product.
• High sense of urgency.
• Experienced in shipping and building a product from scratch.
• Experienced in communicating product visions clearly across teams.
• The ability to work well across regionally distributed teams to get things accomplished.
• Able to lead and influence without any formal authority.
