Country Operations Manager

Working location: Binh Duong, have car support

1. Customers’ KPI:
- Daily monitoring the operational result for each site to manage warehouse performances
- Corrective/preventive actions for failed KPI
2. Warehouse costs:
- Managing the warehouse costs within warehouse budget by each project.
- Initiating saving cost activities
- Measuring activity’s based costs for reviewing cost trend and reduction plan accordingly
3. Warehouse operational excellence:
- Continuously reviewing operational process to identify improvement area for increasing productivity and speed of services
- Building warehouse environment with good housekeeping, safety and optimizing flow of movement
- Identify gap in operating the same task to stabilize the output result
4. Solution design:
- Solution proposal as per the operational profile.
- Costing proposal
- Successful & smooth warehouse set up operation
5. People building:
- Develop team members by coaching and effective leadership.
- Be involved in identifying training needs to develop skills sets to maintain high performance to achieve the department objective.

1. At least 3 years in the same position
2. Strong knowledge of logistics management for efficient service delivery
3. Excellent human relations skills to be able to work effectively with all organizational levels, getting them to perform optimally
4. Good communication skills to understand the details of clients’ deliveries, and pass instructions to team members to carry out. Exposure working in MNCs is an advantage.
5. Knowledge and experience using ERP related system
6. Good multitasking skills, good organization skills and willingness to take responsibility, ownership
7. Ability to prioritize with sense of urgency and adapt in a dynamic changing environment and handle stress
8. Business compliance, good work ethic and integrity
9. Willing to travel
