* Job Purpose:
Lead expansion of the company to Vietnam market.
* Key responsibilities and Activities
1. Management – Country Managers will oversee all aspects of business operations, including recruiting and training staff and maintaining budgets
2. Regional expertise – Country Managers must also possess a deep understanding of their country’s local politics to enforce laws and regulations
3. Strategic planning – another key part of this role is using research to develop brand strategies and implement them to promote company products and services
4. Track progress and report to head quarter – develop and establish rhythm of business and effective communication with HQ
* Key Objectives
1. Business development
2. Build local team
3. Establish & nurture partnership with local partners & merchants
* Performance Indicators
1. Hit target/forecast sale revenues
2. New customers acquisition
3. New merchants acquisition
* Major Challenges
To truly understand client’s needs and provide the right solutions for the long term relationship

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology
- To truly understand client’s needs and provide the right solutions for the long term relationship
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing , Digital Agency, Experience in IT/Digital project is preferable
- Proficient both written and spoken english
* Skill: As a successful Country Manager, you would need to demonstrate strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. You should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams. Presentation, analytical and planning skills are also essential. Above-average people management, customer service and leadership skills are crucial for Country Managers.
* Mental Abilities/Personalities:
- Leadership & people management
- Able to handle pressure and tight deadline
- Negotiation skill
- Quick learner
- Good interpersonal skills
- To truly understand client’s needs and provide the right solutions for the long term relationship
