• Set up the local subsidiary
• Ensure the smooth running of the subsidiary
• Recruit and manage the subsidiary team and functions related to legal, compliance and regulatory, internal human resource
• Motivate, develop and support the team based on an appreciative way

***Your Skills and Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or HR Management
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Management expertise with experience in team management and staff recruitment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Native Vietnamese language, Fluency in English, good knowledge of German desirable
• You cultivate an appreciative leadership style, are empathetic and strong in communication
• Team building skills with a collaborative style
• Communicative personality and independent thinking
• Strong focus on quality
