Mô tả công việc
• Coordinating and supervising the functionality of each office staff to churn out a cohesive management team
• Assisting in job re-allocation and job improvement among office staff base on their individual strength, knowhow and qualification
• Increase or reduce workforce if deemed necessary
• Overseeing the Administrative work of the company
• Ensuring timely submission of required reports or information to the relevant personnel in Head Office and Singapore, by you or the respective staff
• Utilizing your knowledge and know-how in assisting purchaser in sourcing of parts or subcontractors for after-sales service
• Respond diligently to price enquiry from customers or clients. Contemporary company overhead and reasonable profit margin within the company guideline shall be included in the product costing and pricing.
• Keeping Head Office in Semarang and Singapore office for timely informed of any important, major and critical issues or matters with serious consequences and impacts
• Keeping track of the company accounting books and cash flow control with the help of the accounting staff
• Provide necessary administrative and financial supports to the Operation Manager in carrying out and running of the project management
• Carrying out time to time instructions from our Semarang (Head Office) and Singapore office

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Conversion in speaking and written English
2. Experienced in office and marketing management and control
3. Able to lead and control of the company staffs and marketing personnel
4. Work experiences in selling, trading and undertaking projects of commercial kitchen equipment in Vietnam
5. Able to achieve the business and sales targets imposed by the head office
6. Grow the company progressively and steadily
7. Academic qualification with a minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business or Administration.
